the best one I saw was in 1970 or '71, JG at the Harding Theatre on Divis. St., with Tom Fogerty (John's brother.)

Before they went on, the lights went on, and sitting 3 rows behind me was Jerry. No, really.

honorable mention - the one circa 1982 at the Stone on Broadway, when for 30 seconds Jerry started playing what sounded like riffs from Born Cross-Eyed in the middle of a long solo.

I heard that!

Saw about 4 JGB shows with Merle Saunders because my buddy Jesse Block was video taping them for Merle or someone.

Oh wait, the best was March 17th, 1987 - at the Fillmore - when Cipollina played in 3 seperate bands.

Zero was great.

Jerry was joined by my old gal pal Naomi Ruth Eisenberg.

It was really Cip's night to howl.

Somewhere Jesse has a video of the whole gig but it's never been released, I'm still asking him to just show it to me!
